    Advisor announcements

    • Amy: Really great job on Culture Day. It's a huge success, with great performances and turn out. Thank you to all the ICC officers for putting in your hard work on it. A couple feedbacks for Culture Day for next time:
      • Fashion show: next time have a stack of paper cards that people can swing by and write on, similar to how names are read at graduation. The google form can still be sent out ahead of time since it is good for interest/headcount and reminding people that there is a fashion show. Also consider having Fashion Show at the very end of the event instead of at the beginning. 
      • Acts: A more detailed act with names included would be good. There are some confusions on when people are performing, and who the performers are and which clubs they belong to.

    Committee Updates

    • Ethan: Finance talked about how to distribute the remaining club award budget for spring quarter.
    • Min: Extending my thanks to all the officers, Culture Day was a great turnout and everyone worked together really well.
    • Phoo: will have admin committee sometime next week.
    • Varshi: Marketing chose MVA for club spotlight, waiting for photos from clubs to post.
