Logistics for Fair, as well as finalizing the number of tables and chairs for the fair: 25 tables and 50 chairs. for 100 Boba (50 milk tea, 50 fruit tea), 150 Passports. Making sure to follow up with marketing about advertising

Dali explains a situation regarding an affront to our undocumented community that has been spreading on social media. We also discussed our immediate actions afterwards regarding what we did and how it happened. And what we want to do moving forward, which leads into business item 3.

Laying the foundations for this new event, which we started planning last quarter. We are shifting slightly due to the recent events with ICE and otherwise.
