Questions about food (Because used to food (Burritos)) → something small instead. 

Improve marketing for the fair, more emphasis, and ask programs to advertise in their own way (Newsletters, Insta, Etc.) 

For winter - cocoa, snacks (donuts, cookies, something small (Costco or cafeteria), etc.), make an earlier marketing request, ask to advertise for special programs, tell them about the event with full details, add pencils, bigger notebooks/notepads, 2 check-in tables (more obvious), give passports to programs in case some people don’t have one for the fair

Interns 

Nice impression paired with openness to talk with program volunteers/reps,  

Concept was nice, goodies were nice

Thought we were selling goodies; later, for a time, more of a transition time (11 am - 1 pm)  

Volunteer shift, so volunteers can check out the resource, big check-in sign, clear signs, 11:30-1:30, (12 pm-2 pm). Ideal time for most students. Tuesday and Wednesday, 2nd week, 

(Change our meeting time for next quarter) bc of class times

If it's Week 1 (resource fair) of the winter quarter, have to set the date, prep, everything THIS quarter (Fall)

First week - ask about their availability  

QR codes, email addresses, with a spreadsheet or database of who attends, like this. Ask OCL to promote, coordinating with marketing ahead of time to promote for the Resource Fair, more visibility in areas like Parking, but marketing didn’t have time to promote.
