    • Dennis: ICC supplies are used for all their events, meetings, such as decorations, clipboards, etc.
    • Min: So far, we have expensed money on club storage room containers, A-frames, dry erase markers, stickers and photocards for welcome day, tabling items for club day.
    • Salvador: Would it be easier if you can just request for special allocation for this year instead of putting it towards next year’s budget. You would be able to use it sooner, and it would be a one time allocation instead of recurring.

    • Motion fails.
    • Min motions to increase the ICC student assistant payroll by $4000, seconded by Jacob Chen. Moved into discussions.
    • Min: It's essential that we fund the ICC student assistant position. They review agendas and minutes of 90+ clubs, at least 3 meetings per quarter. Track attendance for all ICC rep meetings. Manage the quarterly check-in form. They have club day duties, and help review club constitutions, financial rosters, officer eligibility. Many of these tasks include manually putting in the CWID and making sure they're eligible. Manage event request forms and meeting room booking requests, budget requests. They also communicate with active clubs prospective clubs and inactive clubs that are seeking reinstatement. And currently, everything is managed manually using Excel. Which is pretty time-consuming. There is no centralized system across 90+ club for status updates. ICC officers lack access to the club list website and are unable to see financial rosters, so we cannot help out the advisor and secretary. The ICC student assistant would be filling in those gaps to help the operations run smoothly.
    • Thin moves to end discussion, Min seconds.
    • Votes called: Motion increase the ICC student assistant payroll by $4000, from $12,000 to $16,000.
