    2:55-3:00 Resource Hub - formerly the Food Pantry I
    • The Hub (formerly the Food Pantry) relocated to the Baldwin Winery (lower level, north side near Lot 8).
    • Offers food, cleaning supplies, clothing, and transportation assistance (e.g., shuttle vouchers).
    • Open weekdays with varying hours—students should check the website before visiting.
    3:00-3:15 Dining Services update - Pacific Dining I Presenter: Brian Robertson, District Manager, Pacific Dining:
    • Operations Overview
      • Fully reopened café with 12 food stations (breakfast, deli, pizza/pasta, sushi, salad, Asian station, etc.).
      • Open Mon–Thu 5:30 AM–5:30 PM, Fri open hours 8:00 AM-2:00 PM.
      • Everything cooked from scratch; daily produce deliveries.
    • Partnerships & Programs
      • Working with EOPS, The Hub, Pride Center, and Veterans Resource Center.
      • Offers catering services and accepts student meal vouchers.
      • In process to accept EBT cards (delayed due to federal shutdown).
    • Employment & Discounts
      • Employing 3 students, expanding to 5–6 soon; open to more student hires.
      • 10% student discount during the first month of each quarter; 5% discount on student catering orders.
    • Feedback
      • QR codes for anonymous feedback posted near café entrance.
    • Q&A
      • Students encouraged to coordinate catering through Office of College Life to ensure budget alignment.
      • Allergies and dietary needs generally accommodated except for severe cases (e.g., peanut allergies).

    Future of Dining Services:

    • Current Pacific Dining partnership is a one-year, cost-neutral agreement (no commission or fees).
    • Contract term: June 2025 – June 2026.
    • The District will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in January 2026 for a long-term dining services vendor covering both De Anza and Foothill Colleges.
    • Fall 2025: collecting stakeholder feedback (students, faculty, classified staff, College Council) to inform RFP requirements.
    • Select and transition to to new vendor by Summer 2026, fully operational for Fall 2026.
    3:15-3:25
    Construction Update
    I
    • Flint Center: Demolition complete; temporary grass cover installed. Site reserved for the new Creative Arts Building.
    • Creative Arts Center (Measure G project)—design in progress.
    • PE and A quad Buildings: Future renovations funded through Measure G and state support.
    • Beach Volleyball Courts: New courts built; awaiting final installations before opening.
    • Roof Replacements: Buildings E3, F4, S5 completed; S3, S7, and S2 next.
    • Restroom Renovations: S2, SC, and L5 restrooms under construction; temporary ADA restrooms installed nearby. Completion expected May–June 2026.
    • Campus Center Projects: First floor interior refresh (paint, trim, student chambers). Building wide lighting retrofit to LED fixtures (Measure G).
    • Additional Updates: New EV charging stalls planned. Second floor bathrooms under repair for water leaks; repoening soon.

    • Student representatives raised concern about the Meditation Room in Campus Center being locked; it should remain open during building hours.
    • Action: Operations team to confirm access and ensure it stays open.
