    Welcome

    James welcomed everyone to the first Spring 2025 COOL meeting. 

    Approve Agenda and 2/24 Minutes

    Quick Notes

    • RSI Spring Update
      • The Spring cohort is starting next week week, while the Winter cohorts continue to the end of the quarter. Everyone teaching courses with Asynchronous hours needs to complete Part 2 by the end of Spring. There is no Summer Cohort planned at this time.  
    • Proctoring Software
      • Academic Senate has requested we revisit Proctoring Software and a previous Senate resolution. 
    • COOL One Year Update
      • After one year, will be reviewing our Charge and membership. We will be asking members for feedback and hope to address any workflow issues.
    • J1 RSI Evaluation
      • Collaborate with Foothill regarding J1 language. More to come in te future.  

    AI Workgroup Update

    Senate has passed the three items approved by COOL last quarter. Next steps are to meet with Student Affairs and start planning professional development for the future. 

    Curriculum Groups

    In small groups, COOL members reviewed curriculum forms and made note of any forms that needed corrections. 

    Testing Tools

    Will discuss Harmonize and Khanmigo more at future meetings.
