Federal Courts and Constitutional Law


Course Description

This course examines Federal court procedures and evaluates the impact of U.S. Constitutional law on federal and state law. The U.S. Constitution will be examined and analyzed to determine how it affects current U.S. Supreme Court case decisions and its interpretations of the Constitution and the Amendments.
