NEW CSU Ethnic Studies Requirement
Any of the following courses will satisfy the new CSU GE Area F – Ethnic Studies requirement. Check the class schedule or visit the program websites to learn more about these classes:
Scholarship Tip
You may be eligible to apply for the Susanne Chan APASA Scholarship ($1,000) if you have taken one of the following ASAM classes: ASAM 1, 10, 11, 12,
13, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32, or 50; ELIT 24; ICS 20, 21, 22, or 24; INTL 11; WMST.
If you are transferring to UC Berkeley and majoring in Asian American studies or Asian
studies (or economics), you can apply for the De Anza Professor Kang and Jessica Chao Memorial Scholarship.
