Net activity -$70k. Fund 14 + 15: Revenue ↑ $21k . Expenses ↑ $1.17M.  Net activity -$1.15M. Fund 14 projected actuals: Revenue ↑ $2.8M. Expenses ↑ $6.5M. Net activity -$3.6M. Fund 14 + 15 projected actuals: Revenue ↑ $2.8M. Expenses ↑  $7.6M. Net activity -$4.7M. Projected ending fund balance -$4.7M.
    3:50 p.m. AB19  Cuts (College Promise) D/I
    Varela
    FHDA collaborated with other districts to persuade the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) to delay AB19 program cuts from FY25/26 to FY26/27. Funding remains at $2.5M in FY25/26. Need to plan for a drop to $1.2M in FY26/27 (about a 54% cut).
    4:00 p.m. Dining Services Closure June 30, 2025 I

    On July 1, De Anza College Dining Services will close & the college will transition to Pacific Dining. Current Dining Services staff will either retire or move to other positions within the district. A farewell event will be held on June 18.
