International Student Orientation
ISP runs a new student orientation program specifically for new F-1 visa students. The International Student Orientation is mandatory; you must attend to receive priority enrollment for future quarters. Admitted F-1 visa students can find out about registering for orientation, what to expect, and how to prepare below.
Winter 2025 Online Orientation
Monday, Dec 9 & Tuesday, Dec 10, 2024
- You have to log in to your application portal to register for the orientation.
- You are not required to be in the U.S. for the one-day online Info Sessions, as they will be conducted via Zoom.
- The detailed orientation schedule will be posted online as soon as it becomes available.

Registration Date and Class Schedule
- The class schedule will be available on Oct 21, 2024. Check out the class schedule for updates.
- Your assigned course registration date is Nov 19, starting at 8 a.m. (Pacific Time)
- The winter 2025 quarter starts on Monday, Jan 6, 2025.
- You will use MyPortal to register for classes, and first-time users need a CWID and password. Please refer to the ISP New Student Registration Module for password creation details.

Tuition Payment
The winter 2025 deadline to pay tuition is Friday, Jan 17, 2025.
Please note:
- International students have until the second Friday of the quarter to pay their fees, except for summer, when payment is due upon registration.
- If you decide not to attend De Anza College, you must drop all classes before the refund deadline; otherwise, you're responsible for the fees. No exceptions apply, and the ISP office cannot drop classes on your behalf.
- Refer to the refund policy for refund request. Feel free to contact Cashier's Office with any tuition payment questions.
Fall 2024 Pre-Arrival Online Info Sessions
