De Anza students: Grants, Waivers, Loans, Scholarships and Student Jobs.

Basic Campus Fees

  • Student Body Fee: $10 per quarter
  • Campus Center Fee: $17.50 per quarter
  • Health Services Fee: $20 per quarter (beginning summer 2024)
  • Registration Support Fee: $1.50 per quarter
  • Student Representation Fee: $2 per quarter in fall, winter and spring; no fee during summer session.
  • SmartPass (formerly Eco Pass) Fee:
    • $5.75 Part-time students taking 0.5 to 5.5 units
    • $6.75 Part-time students taking 6 to 11.5 units
    • $7.75 Full-time students taking 12 or more units

  1. Login to MyPortal using 8-digit Campuswide ID and password
  2. Left Navigation Menu - Click on Apps
  3. Student Module - Click Ebill app and Select Academic Period
  4. Click View Statement

Payment Methodsbill payment app

Pay Online

  1. Login to MyPortal using 8-digit Campuswide ID and password
  2. Left Navigation Menu - Click on Apps
  3. Student Module - Click Bill Payment app and Click Pay Now
  4. Click Make Payment and Select the Amount Due or Pay by Term
  5. Click Continue and proceed with method of payment and receive confirmation

Pay by U.S. Postal Mail

  1. Write your 8-digit Campuswide student ID on the memo line of the personal check
  2. Make check payable to: De Anza College
